Jewish Community Foundation - San Diego

In the ELI program, each participating organization builds a strong team of professional and lay leaders -- usually four to six individuals including the chief professional and chief lay leader of each organization -- who commit to participating for three years. Participants attend all ELI sessions and meet program requirements. 

Synagogues participating in ELI span the range of denominations -- including Reform, Conservative, Orthodox and Chabad. They all work together to achieve the common goal of a strong and vibrant community for now and for generations to come.
