GLI Participants
Roles and Responsibilities of Participants
Organizations that participate in the Governance Leadership Program commit to engage their senior professionals and key lay leaders to form a GLI team of five to six members who will participate in the program for their organization. Those individuals will attend all sessions. They will complete required work such as the Organizational Self Assessment, establish their organization’s governance goals and implementation strategy, and measure their progress.
Organizations agree to share best practices with other participants and promote collaboration within the community.
Participants will operate confidentially and respectfully. They will sign an agreement affirming a serious commitment to these responsibilities.
