The Endowment Leadership Institute (ELI) is a unique, results-oriented program in which the Jewish
Community Foundation is partnering with 12 Jewish agencies, day schools and synagogues to establish
bequests and other estate gifts for our community. The Foundation is providing each participating
organization with a focused course of study including group training sessions and individual coaching,
as well as a $36,000 incentive grant, payable over three years.
