A national member organization, JFN strives to bring new perspectives of Jewish values and strategic giving to the Jewish philanthropic community. The site provides a forum to exchange ideas with other funders, learn about current issues of Jewish and secular concern, examine philanthropic traditions of Judaism, improve grantmaking skills and techniques, and explore the personal and intergenerational dynamics involved in grantmaking. New Matching Grant Opportunity:
The Jewish Funders Network has announced a new matching grants program. The initiative will match first-time Israel gifts of $25,000-$50,000 in four program areas: bridging social, economic and educational gaps; healthcare; environmental education; and co-existence education. To be eligible, you must be a JFN member and this must be your first grant to support a non-profit project in Israel.
