Message From Our Leadership

The Jewish Community Foundation is committed to building a sustainable, just and vibrant society and to ensuring that the Jewish community flourishes here in San Diego and around the world. Over the past fiscal year, we proudly facilitated 7,600 grants totaling nearly $100 million on behalf of 1,000 individuals, families, and organizations. Approximately 73% of these funds stayed right here in San Diego, and much of it was directed to address needs emerging from the COVID pandemic.

We would like to thank our donors for their incredible generosity. As we have for more than fifty years, the Jewish Community Foundation will continue to educate donors on the issues facing our community and share solutions that they can invest in.

With $700 million in assets under management, the Foundation adheres to the highest standards of governance, with a strong commitment to transparency and accountability. Below, please find our audited financial statements and tax returns for the past three years. These documents provide a more detailed look at our total assets, contributions and overall grantmaking.

Thank you,
